Sourcing Uncle provides global product sourcing, supplier verification, quality control inspection, and international logistics services. We act as an intermediary between buyers and Chinese manufacturers. We do not manufacture products ourselves.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Product sourcing and supplier identification
• Factory audits and quality control inspections
• Order management and production follow-up
• International freight and door-to-door shipping
• Customs clearance assistance

2. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your product requirements
• Make payments on time as agreed in your service contract
• Ensure the products you are sourcing comply with the laws and regulations of your destination country
• Obtain any required import licenses, certifications, or permits

Sourcing Uncle is not responsible for products that fail to meet customs requirements or import regulations in the buyer’s country.

3. Pricing and Payment

All service fees are agreed upon before work begins and outlined in a formal quotation or contract. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified per project. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services in case of non-payment.

4. Quality Control and Liability

While we conduct quality inspections on your behalf, Sourcing Uncle cannot guarantee that all products will be entirely free from defects. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific inspection or sourcing task. We are not liable for:

• Manufacturing defects beyond our inspection scope
• Losses caused by supplier delays or force majeure events
• Damage occurring during shipping after handover to the freight carrier

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Sourcing Uncle and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, product details, and business requirements as strictly confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except suppliers and logistics partners directly involved in fulfilling your order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the relevant Chinese arbitration authority.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
